Alliance publications and abstract submissions
The Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology is committed to sharing our research findings openly and transparently with the scientific and medical community well as the public. This page provides tools to explore Alliance publications and abstracts, along with guidance for submitting new abstracts.
The Alliance Publications Application is a searchable database of peer-reviewed manuscripts and conference abstracts published by the Alliance and our legacy groups.
- Search by: Author name, study or protocol number (e.g., A011202), or keyword.
- Refine your results: Filter results by publication type, scientific committee, Alliance program, or legacy cooperative group (ACOSOG, CALGB, NCCTG).
- Access publications: Each record includes links, when available, to the full text and entries in PubMed (sometimes behind a paywall) and PubMed Central (only full-text and open-access publications).
Alliance investigators must follow established timelines and review requirements when submitting abstracts to medical society and scientific meetings.
- The two-week rule: The first author or corresponding author must submit the abstract to the Alliance Publications Coordinator at Publications@AllianceNCTN.org at least 14 days before to the meeting’s official abstract submission deadline.
- This advance submission allows the appropriate disease committees, scientific committees, and biostatisticians time to review the abstract and verify the data before external submission.
